Smoked Salmon and Avocado Dip

This Smoked Salmon Avocado Dip is yummy and super easy. It's like having guacamole and smoked salmon dip all in one! Hello!

Does it get any better than that?

Right, I didn't think so. Plus avocados are packed with the 'good for you fat' that makes your hair, skin, and nails glow! Don't we all need a little glow right about now?

And it's great for entertaining. With the weekend just a few hours away I thought that sharing a fun little dip would be a delightful way to get you all in the mood for sharing with friends and celebrating the first buds of spring.

My favorite thing? You want to know what it is?
Salmon, avocados, and being with people who just let me be me. Oh, and sipping a nice glass of wine!

So why not invite your favorite people over and sip some wine and dip a cracker or possibly a little sugar snap pea into this dreamy Smoked Salmon Avocado Dip!

Happy Weekend!

Smoked Salmon Dip

1 cup Smoked Salmon
1 Avocado
6 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
4 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
Juice 1/2 a Lemon
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Dried Red Pepper
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 green onions; minced
1. Place the smoked salmon in your food processor. Process for 30 seconds or so to break up the smoked salmon into fine peices.
2. Then take a soft and delicious avocado and cut it in half and scoop out the soft green flesh into the food processor.
3. Then add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and lemon juice.
4. Pulse the food processor to combine, then add the chili powder, red pepper, and salt. Continue to pulse the processor until all spices and ingredients are smooth and combined.
5. Now slice the green onion and add them to the dip. Stir those in with a spoon and transfer to a serving dish. Top with extra sliced avocado if you desire for added eye popping appeal!
