Happy Woman's Day!

Yesterday was International Woman's Day and to celebrate my mom and I made mimosa's at cocktail hour. We decided that champagne isn't just a breakfast drink. We encourage you to continue the celebration of women (and okay men too). After all the first woman did just win the Best Director Acadamy Award on Sunday. It seems like the right thing to do! There is nothing like the bubbles in champagne to lift your spirits after a long day. Celebrate yourself today. I know you deserve it!

Not Your Momma's Mimosa

2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. grand marnier
8 oz. champagne (our favorite is Andre Brut)

Mix in a champagne glass and serve. We typically serve these for breakfast, but they are delicious any time of day.

Mental Health Reminer: Don't forget to celebrate all of the small and large successes along the way. Everything comes in time! Remeber to keep breathing and put one foot in front of the other. Remember when we were kids and our parents celebrated EVERY single step we took? Well I encourage you to celebrate each new step.

Keep on celebrating in your kitchen!
